- Dial *120*321# on your mobile phone;
- Select 4 for “Send Money”.
- Select 5 for “eWallet reversal.”
- Then you can go ahead to select the transaction that you want to reverse. After that, you should get an SMS confirming that the money has been reversed back to your account.
